Pine Dresser in Serenity green with wonderland print

A commission piece, originally a knotted pine dresser in reasonable condition, apart from marks on the top and the large drawers had come apart but nothing really broken.

The client provided the Dresser and the paint (Serenity green). A little filler and sanding as well as sealing the knots then straight forward to paint. After a further consultation, I then added the wonderland print in gold to the sides and top drawers. finally, a few coats of polyurethane varnish to give a hard-wearing satin finish. Now looks great and client is chuffed!

Packaging

Safe delivery of the furniture is of top importance and every piece is wrapped carefully to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, please inspect your furniture upon delivery but also be careful if using knives to remove packaging.

Note on upcycling furniture Condition and aftercare.

All pieces are hand painted and/or restored and finished with a great deal of care. However, you should note that all pieces are pre-owned and therefore may include signs of wear and tear as you would expect with age. Most pieces are painted in a hardwearing paint and protected with sealing coats of either varnish, lacquer or furniture wax etc. Cleaning should only need a wipe with a micro fibre cloth.
