Red Dragon: Small to Mid-size 3 Drawer Dresser

This small to mid-size 3 drawer dresser is well made, presumably as a quality reproduction mid to late century. Now painted in crimson red with decoupage on the drawer fronts, sides and back of the unit with a quality textured paper ‘Chinese Red Dragon’. The top is also painted in Crimson red but has an additional 3 coats of lacquer in a satin finish giving it a more robust and textured feel. However please still use a coaster! 😉 The inside of the drawers have been brought back to life with 3 coats of Danish oil. I have kept the original handles I think they really complement the new look of this beautiful piece of furniture.

Packaging

Safe delivery of the furniture is of top importance and every piece is wrapped carefully to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, please inspect your furniture upon delivery but also be careful if using knives to remove packaging.

Note on upcycling furniture Condition and aftercare

All pieces are hand painted and/or restored and finished with a great deal of care. However, you should note that all pieces are pre-owned and therefore may include signs of wear and tear as you would expect with age. Most pieces are painted in a hardwearing paint and protected with sealing coats of either varnish, lacquer or furniture wax etc. Cleaning should only need a wipe with a micro fibre cloth.
